I would like to know how ADL Smartcare can assist with staff wellbeing

A man with grey hair wearing a white button-down shirt sits behind a counter at the Post Office. A parcel sits on the desk, and he is reaching out to take it. A woman with white hair and black glasses stands and points at a large piece of paper on the wall. The paper has various notes about a business plan. Another woman is in the foreground, blurred, and she is also pointing at the paper. A man operates a forklift, he is wearing a hi-vis t-shirt

Many of your staff might have responsibilities caring for older relatives – take some pressure off by providing expert support. Maybe a loved one needs a little exercise or a device to keep them more independent? There is no need to worry and wait for straightforward needs to be addressed. Your staff could answer a few questions on our LifeCurve™ app and have a suitable solution within a day or two.

Older people in your workforce

People of working age are not immune to the effects of age-related decline - given that it can start as early as 42 from UK stats. That means another 24 years in the workforce before retirement (ignoring any further increases in state pension age). Many of these employees may be vital members of your workforce. Helping them benchmark how well they are functionally ageing and giving them evidence-based interventions to maintain or improve could be a wise investment. They also may have caring responsibilities outside the workforce, putting them under further pressure. As with all staff wellbeing services, we couldn't (without their express consent) report on individuals, but we could provide benchmark data that is not personally identifiable, in particular noting any changes. We can also provide insight over time about what others are doing that may be relevant to your situation (anonymously).

Our support may be available through some staff wellbeing services - check with your supplier to see if this is the case.
